You know, I was apprehensive about this snack but they truly were delicious. If you try them let me know how they turn out. I overcooked my first batch, but practice makes perfect.

Thanks for the motivation on the ‘kebab series’ but no kebabs tomorrow, its planned for every alternate Friday of the summer months:) We thought it might be a ‘grills/kebab overload’ for our readers if we did it once a week:)
Oh well… then I shall look forward to next friday… but Peri you know that you can never get enough of a good thing and if the first in the series was anything to go by… these are all winners and I’m eagerly awaiting the rest.
