Welcome to a post filled with natural appeal…and lots of interesting Japanese food concepts.
Today, I’m taking you to Hakone in Japan, a place that is on most itineraries; a quaint city full of natural beauty (and volcanic activity). And much like the rest of Japan, Hakone offers lots of good delicious food.
This post covers it all…
Starting with classic Sake service, we’ll move onto some more melt-in-your-mouth Sushi (check out last week’s pictures from Tokyo), and simple Miso soup with Udon noodles. Then let’s look at the unique fun table-top cooking concept of Shabu-Shabu, and end the meal on much loved flavors of Japanese freshly-grilled Teriyaki fish.
Our visit to Hakone was just for one night, and while Mount Fuji was hiding behind the clouds during our stay; we managed to take in some of the most breath-taking views and outstanding Japanese food.
Onto the pictures…Enjoy!
