Spiced Indian style turkey Kebab or Kavab, shaped like meatballs, make an ideal appetizer or a simple meal; they’re mild enough for kids to handle and flavor-filled for grown-up tastes.
Lean ground turkey or ground chicken is converted into a delightful kebab mixture with smoky paprika and the fresh flavors of sage, garlic and lime.
A sprinkling of delightful coarse Japanese Panko breadcrumbs adds just the right texture to these moist Kebabs, which can either be grilled on an outdoor grill or baked in an oven.
